Solid Rotary Dies with Optional Adhesive Resistance Coatings

We offer two types of coatings to prevent adhesive and/or ink build up on the solid rotary dies.

Our in-house coating is a unique film-forming material that provides an excellent non-stick finish. This coating is available on new and retooled dies. For best results we recommend removing the old coating and re-applying new when retooled. This coating is suitable for most adhesives and inks.

Our second coating is a Plasma product and it is applied outside our facility. Plasma offers a superior release against aggressive adhesives and rubbers. Plasma is solvent resistant and does not need additional applications with retools.
