Plus high tech heat-treating equipment for surface hardening, through hardening, and cryogenic treatments. In addition, we maintain a research and development team that is continuously introducing new technology to our facility, assuring you the finest products available. We offer tooling for a variety of applications including but not limited to, cutting pressure sensitive, metal-to-metal, multi-level, slit over perf, and micro perf. Plus we offer booklet dies, air eject dies, and folding carton dies. Our box dies are available as three die sets or two die sets with pick pins for scrap removal. Steel Types:
- HT45
- This is our most economical die and it is a good option for pressure sensitive converting of materials like paper and polyester. This type of die is available hand as well as machine sharpened.

- M80
- The M80 steel is designed for metal-to-metal converting of most materials and pressure sensitive converting of all materials.

- Elite
- The Elite steel is designed for long pressure sensitive runs of most materials.

- S100
- The S100 steel is fully hardened steel designed for metal-to-metal and pressure sensitive cutting.

- T1000
- The T1000 is designed for pressure sensitive cutting and extremely long runs on abrasive substrates.
