Steel Types:

HT45 

This is our most economical die and it is a good option for pressure sensitive converting of materials like paper and polyester. This type of die is available hand as well as machine sharpened.

 

M80 

The M80 steel is designed for metal-to-metal converting of most materials and pressure sensitive converting of all materials.

 

Elite 

The Elite steel is designed for long pressure sensitive runs of most materials.

 

S100 

The S100 steel is fully hardened steel designed for metal-to-metal and pressure sensitive cutting.

 

T1000 

The T1000 is designed for pressure sensitive cutting and extremely long runs on abrasive substrates.
